Description
Protect hot, crisp foods by elevating product away from grease and drippings with an H-Pan Drain Shelf! These high heat resistant shelf inserts protect consistency during steaming, reheating, and hot holding by allowing condensation and drippings to drain away. This convenient set-up supports heating, draining, and serving all in one pan, while reducing handling and cross-contamination. The H-Pan Drain Shelf performs from 40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C), ideal for reheating applications in microwaves or ovens. H-Pan Drain Shelves can be used with every High Heat Lid.
