Description
ColdFest Insulated Rounds are an innovative cold holding solution that are ideal for keeping condiments and dressings chilled in Versa Salad Bars, buffets, and outdoor catering. Designed with an impact resistant shell and non-toxic refrigerant gel, ColdFest pans protect chilled condiments and salad dressing at or below 41°F (4°C) without the need for messy ice. Simply freeze upside down overnight (or at least 8 hours) and fill with pre-chilled product to keep contents cold for up to 6 hours.
