The UPCH800 maintains temperatures between 150° – 165°F (65,6° – 73,9°C) to keep food from drying out. Energy Star rated, the UPCH800 is an economical alterative to large warming cabinets. This versatile transporter holds a wide variety of food types and textures such as pasta, bone-in fried chicken and double-crusted pies.
Rotomolded with one-piece, seamless construction, the UPCH1600 is equipped with two fixed and two swivel casters with one brake for easy maneuvering and a convenient nylon latch for fast access.
